About this bottle
Produced at Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522), this tequila uses 100% blue Weber agave cultivated in Amatitán, located in Jalisco's Tequila valley (Los Valles). Iliana Partida oversees a process involving autoclaves for cooking, roller mills for extraction, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts, followed by double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. No additives are used.
