From NOM 1438 in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, this cream liqueur is made with 100% Tequilana Weber. Local volcanic spring water is slowly steam roasted for 36-54 hours, then distilled in copper pot stills. Mexican Chocolate Cream is added afterward. It begins aromatically with notes of cream, spices, and wood. Its rich and full character adds cream, chocolate, vanilla, and oak. It concludes with a creamy, medium-length finish featuring vanilla and chocolate wafer notes. October 2021 / October 2024
