The aroma is reminiscent of banana pudding. No surprise there. Am I actually smelling Nilla Wafers? Or is that a mental connection? There's definitely a bready element in the aroma, though. Hints of rice milk as well. The flavor aligns perfectly. Ripe banana is upfront. The middle section has some heat, but not much, and it fades quickly. The pudding-like sweetness persists throughout and into the aftertaste. It might not be to everyone's liking, but I have a weakness for these sweet cream profiles.

A robust Moonshine from Ole Smoky Distillery in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, bottled at 35% ABV. It begins aromatically with hints of bananas & spices; while a slightly creamy character adds notes of vanilla wafers & whipped cream, leading to a rich, medium-length conclusion. October 2023
Creamy and tastes exactly like a banana cream pie. Delicious!
Very good. I'm unsure of the production method, but it's creative and enjoyable.
The flavor is absolutely amazing, and it tastes very good when chilled.
Reminds me of my grandmother's pudding.
