My wife enjoys making alcoholic root beer floats. While I usually opt for Irish cream liqueur, I noticed this and decided to try it. The nose has chocolate and ethanol notes, not excessively strong but noticeable. The palate is sweet and creamy, with hints of butterscotch, vanilla, and cinnamon. The finish is smooth and, as expected, leaves no burn. I believe I favor the Five Farms over this, but it's still a very good cream liqueur. It was amazing in an alcoholic root beer float, so while I rated this slightly lower than Five Farms, both are excellent and superior to Baileys.

This is excellent, similar to Bailey's Irish cream, and Buffalo Trace offers it for $20. I brew my coffee at 204 degrees using a pour-over method; it's fantastic. The only drawback is that after adding a measure or two to my coffee, the heat dissipates most of the alcohol, leaving a creamier texture with perhaps a trace of alcohol remaining, but it's still very good. It's also great with root beer or ice cream.
I poured this into my coffee on Thanksgiving morning, unsure of the outcome. I'm happy to report it complemented the coffee wonderfully. This is a fantastic choice for a holiday morning beverage! I'll be repeating this for Christmas morning. For tasting notes, it's as anticipated: sweet, creamy, and a delightful alternative to creamer or milk.
A rich dairy liqueur created with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon and cream. It begins with an aromatic blend of cream, spices, and Kentucky Straight Bourbon; its rich and full body introduces notes of butterscotch and vanilla, leading to a well-balanced, medium-length finish.
Appears light chocolate in color with a gentle aroma. It's 70 proof, crafted with Buffalo Trace bourbon and cream. The taste is very smooth, quite sweet, lacking any spice or burn, and finishes very softly. This bourbon can be used in countless ways, from cooking to adding to coffee and much more.
Rich, creamy taste, with coffee notes and the bourbon provides a little backbone without being overpowering. The sweetness complements the cream, offering more depth than other cream liqueurs. Delicious.
