About this bottle
Don Pilar Blanco is an unaged tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave. The agave is cultivated in Jalisco's Highlands (Los Altos) region and is harvested after 10 years of growth. An interesting detail is that it is named after its distiller, Don José Pilar Contreras Marquez, who employs the "Mozart Method" for fermentation, playing Baroque music throughout this process.
