A rich, additive-free Agave Spirit from Nom1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos). It's prepared in an autoclave, fermented in stainless steel, double distilled, and matured in American White Oak barrels for three years before bottling at 40% ABV. The aroma is woody, with notes of baked and dried fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices. The palate is rich with berries, dates, plum, prunes, and agave syrup, leading to a long, complex finish with hints of white pepper, oak, hazelnut, vanilla, butterscotch, maple syrup, and traces of celery, cinnamon, and dark chocolate.
