About this bottle
El Afan Blanco is an unaged tequila made from 100% blue agave grown in the Jalisco region. The agave plants reach maturity at 8 to 10 years old before they are cooked, milled, and fermented. This tequila is bottled immediately after distillation. El Afan products are presently distributed only in Texas and New Mexico.
