Scotland's smallest distillery is operated by just three individuals, producing only 12 casks weekly. This offering is sold in 500 ml bottles and is not distributed in the United States. A truly beautiful and smooth whiskey. My first taste was at the Whiskey Museum in Edinburgh, and I was compelled to purchase a bottle. It's definitely one to be savored, with a sweet aroma and a wonderful velvety finish that lingers. It's undoubtedly #1 in my Top Shelf. It's kept out of sight in the back of the cupboard under the stairs, and only shared with my father and my father-in-law... and even then, only for their birthdays warrants a small glass! Even my wife doesn't get to drink this. My bottle is 13 years old.
