About this bottle

Before bottling, Dry Fly Distilling's vodka and gin have already been released. Their vodka is produced from 100% soft white winter wheat. Botanicals, including Washington Fuji apples, coriander, lavender, mint, hops, and Oregon juniper berries, are added to create the gin. For approximately one year, this gin is aged in used wheat whiskey barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Rodolfo Wicker 3.5

Aromatic profile of wood and flowers. Sweet wood and ethanol on the tongue, accompanied by juniper and mint. A thin finish with lingering alcohol. An intriguing barrel-aged gin, best suited for cocktails. While I enjoy barrel-aged gins, this one doesn't surpass their already excellent standard gin.

Liam Chow 5.0

The Dry Fly distillery creates a truly one-of-a-kind Gin. When it's aged in whiskey barrels, it's absolutely incredible! Get a bottle if you can find it.

Antonia Isom 4.3

Smooth and mixes easily. A subtle yet flavorful combination.

Julianne Macdonald 2.0

Primarily tastes of alcohol. Would prefer better integration.
