Douhans Blended Irish Whiskey

Douhans has a clear, straw appearance, with fairly uniform alcohol legs. The aroma is of distilled grain (somewhat of a bready approach), with a whiff of wood. The taste consists of those elements, with some sugary sweetness and just a bit of bite. The body is medium, and there is a somewhat oily mouthfeel. Douhans finishes on the quick end. RJT

Feels smooth going down but slightly rough in the throat.

Very smooth, no harshness.
