This gin has a flavor profile unlike any other I've encountered. It seems overly medicinal, though perhaps that's intentional. I've experimented with various mixers, and it pairs best with tonic water diluted with cucumber. Some individuals I know consider it excellent, but it's not a widespread sentiment, and I'm among those who don't feel that way.
