About this bottle
Dobel Tahona Tequila Blanco is an additive-free blanco tequila made with 100% organic Blue Weber agave from a single estate in the Tequila Valley. The agaves are steamed in an oven and then crushed using a tahona, a traditional volcanic stone wheel, to mill the cooked agave. Fermentation of the juice and fibers occurs together in wooden vats with wild yeast, followed by double distillation in copper pot stills. This tequila, bottled at 40.5% ABV, directs all proceeds to community and education initiatives in Tequila, Mexico. It will be offered in select U.S. markets starting November 2025. (SRP $47.99)
