Nose: Reminiscent of glazed spiced apple cake. Baked apples, vanilla, baking spices, and a sweet breadiness. A hint of butterscotch. Palate: Features baked apples again, this time with vanilla custard. A touch of oak and barrel spices. Finish: Short and slightly tannic. Vanilla notes. Overall: It has more body than its age and proof might suggest. It's easy-going and enjoyable. A crowd-pleaser. The finish is a bit lacking, but I'm not complaining. It's worth the cost of a bottle.

It has a distinct flavor. I seldom select scotch, but I was not let down by this. It's incredibly smooth and full of flavor. I enjoyed it chilled.
It's smooth, with some flavors reminiscent of apple brandy or cider. I feel it could benefit from further refinement to smooth out some rough edges.
Tastes like apple pie with a subtle woodiness and a smooth character.
