About this bottle
Desolas Blanco Mezcal, produced in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, is crafted from 100% Salmiana agave, often referred to as the “Green Giant.” The agave hearts undergo cooking in above-ground hornos, followed by crushing with a stone roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, and the spirit is then distilled in a closed copper still. This expression, presented at 48% ABV (96 proof), is characterized by its minimal smoke and forms the base of the Desolas brand.
