About this bottle

Leonardo Leuci, proprietor of Rome's Jerry Thomas Speakeasy, established Del Professore with the aim of reviving vermouth and aperitivi characteristic of the late 18th century's Thomas period. This Rosso expression adheres to the Piedmontese tradition of sweet vermouth. It is crafted from various wines and steeped with botanicals such as wormwood, Alpine mint, rhubarb, bitter orange, cloves, and mace. The vermouth undergoes several months of aging to harmonize its flavors.

Kassandra Marr 3.0

Not ideal for enjoying straight. It has a scent of toasted sesame.
