Located in Baltimore, MD, the Wine Collective crafts this vermouth rosé. They produce a grape spirit from wine made with grapes grown in Maryland, which is then infused with botanicals, including cinchona bark, Spanish oranges, chamomile, wormwood, gentian root, juniper berries, clove, and star anise. Employing sustainable methods with minimal intervention, they omit sulfites, and the product contains approximately half the sugar content of other vermouths or amari. It is also vegan and bottled at 16.5% ABV.
