About this bottle
This American-made amaro is the result of a collaboration between chemist and absinthe distiller T.A. "Ted" Breaux and Dale DeGroff. The team at Clear Creek Distillery in Oregon produced this West Indies-inspired amaro, which features a blend of botanicals including Caribbean spices, fruits, roots, flowers, and leaves, without any artificial components or coloring. It was available in early May 2023. (SRP $39.99 for 700ml)
