This additive-free, single estate-grown tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave at Vivanco Distillery (NOM 1414). The agave is baked in a stone oven for 48 hours, roller milled, and fermented with wild yeast in a room where classical music is played. The brand holds carbon neutral certification and, as of August 2024, has updated its packaging to aluminum bottles with sustainable cork and wooden caps. (SRP $40)

A delicate Silver artisan Agave Spirit from NOM 1414. It starts with agave, fruit, nut, herb, and spice notes, transitioning to tropical notes of coconut and mango, finishing with a balanced, medium-length touch of pepper. May 2017.
