Mexico- Cruz de Fuego Mezcal Tobala is distilled from 100% tobala agave that is harvested after growing for 12 years. This mezcal is released in small batches to maintain the rare plant. Complex notes of pine, ash, and roasted agave with bright lemon zest on the finish.
