Illinois- Perhaps the perfect tequila cocktail, giving the venerable margarita a run for its money. The Crafthouse Paloma is prepared with house-made grapefruit soda and small batch Blanco tequila. Often referred to as a grapefruit margarita. Awarded Gold Medal at the 2020 SFWSC.
