Coppersea's Big Angus Green Malt Whisky is crafted using 100% unkilned malted barley, sourced from New York's Hudson Valley. The distillery's own malting floor allows for immediate mashing after malting, bypassing the drying stage. This whisky matures for one year in used barrels and is presented at 96 proof, honoring founding master distiller Angus MacDonald.
