About this bottle
Copper & Kings American Apple Brandy, introduced in autumn 2019, is a new permanent addition to the brand's product line. It is produced from the fermentation of fresh-pressed apple juice, which is then distilled in copper pot stills. The apple brandy is subsequently matured in both ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels and new American oak barrels before being bottled at 92 proof. It is bottled without chill-filtration, added boisé (oak flavoring), or artificial apple flavor.
