About this bottle
The family behind Distillerie du Peyrat has been distilling for over 300 years, but has only recently begun producing its own single distillery brand. They create 100% organic cognac, emphasizing the terroir of their Fins Bois region and its proximity to Grand Champagne. The Rare Prestige is composed of eaux de vie aged a minimum of 7 years, with the first year spent in new Limousin oak before transfer to older, used barrels.
