Truly quite remarkable. I visited Martinique on a cruise in 2018 and toured several distilleries. Many locals were typically Parisian, showing annoyance if you didn't speak French (despite significant tourism from North America), but they certainly know how to craft a fine spirit. This has a mouth-coating richness and is wonderful, comparable to an aged whiskey but sweet like fruit juice. It's unbelievable that it's only 40% ABV. It's outstanding. I wish I had this bottle in my collection, but I'm content to savor it whenever the opportunity arises.

In my opinion, this rum-based orange liqueur is ideal for crafting cocktails, surpassing triple secs and orange curaçaos due to its vibrant flavors and scent. The aroma is floral and creamy with orange. On the palate, bright, intense orange and light rum are present, leading to a moderately long aftertaste.
