Delicious, my first experience with Agricole. Nose is like a pot of boiling vegetable soup with sugarcane added. Incredibly aromatic nose, full of rich, buttery smells that are difficult to pinpoint. Palate has celery, carrot, ethanol which quickly shifts to pepper and mint. Finish is dry and slightly hot, but a lingering vegetable flavor remains. Delicious overall, inhale while you sip.
