About this bottle
From Habitation Clément in Le François, Martinique, Clément Blanc is an unaged rhum agricole. It is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice at Fonds-Préville Distillery using a Creole copper column still. Fermented with French baker's yeast in open tanks for 24 hours, it is then aged in stainless steel and gradually proofed over six months before bottling. The spirit is offered in three expressions at 80, 100, and 110 proof, with no added sugar.
