A tropical spirit derived from Agave, crafted by Jack Morgan in partnership with NOM 1489. It underwent triple distillation in copper plated column stills before being bottled at 40% ABV. It begins aromatically with cooked agave, earth, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; its complex middle shows notes of lemon, pineapple, guava & pear; concluding with a grassy finish of medium duration, featuring pepper, clove, mint, gardenia & vanilla.
