This limited edition Double Oak Kentucky Whiskey from Chicken Cock, a collaboration with Garden & Gun, utilizes a bourbon mash bill. It spent 7 years in ex-bourbon barrels followed by a finish in new American white oak barrels, which precludes it from being labeled as bourbon. Twelve single barrels are offered, purchasable via the Chicken Cock website in late January 2024, with select stores to follow, priced at $149.99 MSRP.

Aged 9 years with a proof of 119.8. The nose presents peanut brittle, Cheerios, char, and berries. The palate is viscous and sweet, with flavors of candied pecans, blueberries, and herbal oak leading to a chewy, medium-length finish.
