Imagine lying in a field of agave, coated in lemon juice to mask your scent. Those relentless predators are surprisingly perceptive; you might not survive to see your children graduate. Earthy, citrusy, slightly smoky (not like mezcal), with a warmth that travels down your throat. I wouldn't drink this straight beyond a small taste. Best used for shots or margaritas.
