Chattanooga Whiskey Founder's 12th Anniversary Blend is formulated annually by CEO & Founder Tim Piersant, featuring a combination of three solera whiskeys that symbolize the past, present, and future. The brand's high-rye bourbon, 1816, representing the past, constitutes 12% of the blend. Barrel 91, the brand's signature Tennessee high malt recipe, represents the present at 60% of the blend. The future is embodied by their Infinity Barrel, a mix of malt and rye malt whiskeys that includes a cherrywood smoked "Danko" rye malt whiskey. This expression is bottled at 100 proof without chill-filtration and is available in limited quantities starting May 2024, with an SRP of $59.99.

This whiskey is fantastic! Wonderful texture on the palate. You'll find caramel and peach rings at the start, with baking spices on the finish. Definitely worth purchasing.
Very malt forward with dark chocolate notes and a bit of cherry. Would benefit from a bit more age.
Exactly how I believe a bourbon should taste. Smooth, followed by a bit of spice.
