Faith Groves 4.0

A subtle Bas-Armagnac from Gilles De Boisséson & his family in Gascogne, France. The youngest spirit in the mix spent 19 years aging before being combined and mellowed for an extra two years in 420-liter French oak casks. It presents a fragrant beginning with hints of preserved and ripe fruits, meadow flowers, and warming spices; while a lush and vibrant body contributes notes of grape nectar, sugared plums, cassia bark, vanilla bean, and stewed apples; concluding in a gentle and invigorating finish of moderate duration with whispers of fresh plums, toffee, molasses, and wood.
