About this bottle
Republic Restoratives in D.C. produces Chapmans Apple Brandy. The apples were sourced from Pennsylvania, and the resulting apple juice underwent resting and fermentation, followed by distillation on its lees to achieve a richer profile. The brandy was subsequently matured for six months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. It is bottled at 92 proof and named in honor of Johnny "Appleseed" Chapman.
