Nose is typical of most Salmiana mezcal I’ve had. This stuff is… harsh. It’s an absolutely acrid flavor in the beginning, small amounts of whack caramel flavors and minuscule oak. There is a Salmiana flavor with some green pepper but it’s so terribly executed. If I’m being honest this stuff tastes like printer ink. I hate being that negative. Machetazo has a much better Salmiana mezcal
