About this bottle

Crafted from 100% agave, Cenote Blanco Tequila undergoes a brief three-week maturation in American oak casks prior to bottling. The name Cenote [si-nō-tē] refers to a natural water-filled sinkhole found in limestone, common in the Yucatán Peninsula.

Appearance: Brilliant straw color, crystal clear. Taste: Smooth and pleasant, featuring cooked agave notes (reminiscent of sweet cooked pumpkin), alongside subtle wood and smoke undertones. Aroma: An elegant scent with prominent cooked agave, complemented by gentle wisps of smoke and wood. Aged three weeks in new oak casks.

I found this tequila to be excellent in my Margaritas! I also enjoyed it served on ice. It has very distinct earthy characteristics and a peppery aroma and taste. I love it.
