About this bottle
Celosa Rose Tequila is a joven tequila made from 100% blue weber agave. The brand sources 7-year-old agaves from a single estate distillery, Hacienda La Capilla, located in Jalisco's Highlands. The agaves are cooked for 8 hours in an autoclave before being crushed. Following fermentation, the liquid undergoes double distillation and is then rested in used French oak barrels that previously held red wine from Napa Valley (pinot noir & cabernet sauvignon). The product contains no additives and has been available in select US markets since April 2023, with an SRP of $129.
