Castle & Key The Untold Story of Kentucky Whiskey Chapter 1 is a blend of straight whiskeys created in partnership with the Kentucky Black Bourbon Guild. Its mash bill consists of 73% white corn, 10% rye, and 17% malted barley, and it was aged for 4.5 years. This bottling is presented at 53.3% ABV without chill-filtration. Importantly, all proceeds from sales will fund the Castle & Key Scholarship Fund, which supports educational opportunities for students of color pursuing careers in the distilling industry in Kentucky. Production was limited to 425 bottles.
