This is a new whiskey for me. It's a wheat whiskey that underwent an initial aging period, after which it was transferred out and the barrels were filled with a 14% Imperial Stout for an unspecified duration. Subsequently, the whiskey was returned to the barrels for 14 months. The aroma offers notes of vanilla and a hint of buttered toast. It's a decent sipper, especially with a small addition of water.
