Produced in Los Valles, Jalisco, this 100% blue Weber agave tequila contains no additives. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, crushed by a roller mill, fermented in steel tanks without fibers, and distilled twice in a stainless steel still featuring a copper coil. It is bottled at 80 proof.

84” Caschuin Blanco Nose Olive Cooked agave Lemon Citrus Sour orange Mineral Agave Salty Vegetal Coats tongue but isn't oily A friend commented: "how’s your tequila, it smells like Mexico." An hour later, the agave becomes more prominent on the nose. Palate expands: Light pepper Light cinnamon Olive Smooth Rolls around nicely Herbal, apple, pear Fig Vanilla Nose then suggests apple.
Nose: plant-like notes, blueberry, agave, cinnamon Taste: Matches the nose with notes of cereal and mild smoke. Excellent sipped neat or in mixed drinks
Awarded 96 points. Abundant with incredible blue agave, delicate with very subtle sweetness, and a hint of sandalwood.
Quite smooth. The nose has a light peppery quality with mild agave. The flavor is similarly light; slightly herbal with some pepper.
Good overall, with a subtle corn bourbon flavor on the back of the tongue.
