About this bottle
Casa Obsidiana is a tequila brand founded jointly by the Beckmann Gonzalez family of Jalisco, Mexico, and the Boisset family, with ties to Burgundy and California. The brand utilizes 100% blue weber agave from the Beckmann Gonzalez family's estates for all its tequilas. Following distillation, the spirits undergo aging in French oak wine barrels previously used for Boisset Napa Valley Chardonnay. This Añejo variant has been matured for 15 months. The tequilas are presented in distinctive ceramic vessels crafted by Mexican artisans, each incorporating an obsidian stone. Pre-orders are available online in November 2023, with subsequent distribution to select California and Texas retailers and restaurants. (SRP $330)
