About this bottle

A respectable blanco for its price. The nose has faint floral notes with an odd hint of mixed berries. The palate is sweet, with a body tasting of sweet grass and agave, and finishes with a distinct almond butter flavor. It's slightly unpolished but would work well as a mixer.
Light and refreshing, with subtle herbal agave notes, hints of lime and lemon, small traces of roasted agave/vanilla, and a significant amount of white pepper, particularly on the finish. The finish is of moderate length and slightly peppery, but not harsh or sharp in any way.
Completely clear appearance, with a mild, sweet aroma of blue agave. The body is smooth and sweet blue agave, followed by a light, pleasant burn. It's clean and sweet, with subtle earthy notes, and finishes smoothly with sweet blue agave and a very mild burn. Tasted neat in a tequila shot glass, without lime or salt.
This intense Agave Spirit from NOM 1137 begins aromatically with agave, herbs, and spices. Its complex journey concludes with a bold and lengthy finish. December 2015 / May 2016 / April / September 2017
Drinking it neat. Notes of honey, pepper, agave syrup, mint, citrus, and a bitter herbal flavor like cilantro, plus a whisper of cinnamon. There's a pleasant, interesting little ginger/black pepper kick, yet it remains quite mellow. Overall, it's sweet and spicy.
