About this bottle

Blue Weber agave, matured for 10-14 years, forms the basis of this distillate. Following harvest, the agave is slow-roasted with steam for 38 hours, then crushed and pressed to extract the sweet aguamiel. This syrup is fermented for five days before undergoing triple distillation.

Marcus Coyle 5.0

Casa Noble blanco is designed for genuine agave enthusiasts. It offers a very pure taste of agave, with aromas of cooked agave, white pepper, citrus, and earth. The flavors echo the aromas, featuring cooked agave, pepper, maple, aloe, and pear. Casa Noble blanco has a smooth, buttery texture and truly highlights the flavors and scents of the blue weber agave.

Bernard Shafer 3.0

A respectable blanco for its price. The nose has faint floral notes with an odd hint of mixed berries. The palate is sweet, with a body tasting of sweet grass and agave, and finishes with a distinct almond butter flavor. It's slightly unpolished but would work well as a mixer.

Sammie Brinson 3.5

Light and refreshing, with subtle herbal agave notes, hints of lime and lemon, small traces of roasted agave/vanilla, and a significant amount of white pepper, particularly on the finish. The finish is of moderate length and slightly peppery, but not harsh or sharp in any way.

Stacey Sexton 4.5

Completely clear appearance, with a mild, sweet aroma of blue agave. The body is smooth and sweet blue agave, followed by a light, pleasant burn. It's clean and sweet, with subtle earthy notes, and finishes smoothly with sweet blue agave and a very mild burn. Tasted neat in a tequila shot glass, without lime or salt.

Lizzie Grubb 2.5

This intense Agave Spirit from NOM 1137 begins aromatically with agave, herbs, and spices. Its complex journey concludes with a bold and lengthy finish. December 2015 / May 2016 / April / September 2017

Jackie Sowers 4.3

Drinking it neat. Notes of honey, pepper, agave syrup, mint, citrus, and a bitter herbal flavor like cilantro, plus a whisper of cinnamon. There's a pleasant, interesting little ginger/black pepper kick, yet it remains quite mellow. Overall, it's sweet and spicy.
