About this bottle
This additive-free tequila is produced from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Central Jalisco valley at Destiladora Juanacatlán. Following 24 hours of cooking in stone ovens and a 12-hour cooling period, the agave is extracted via roller mill. Fermentation without fibers occurs in open-air stainless steel tanks with natural yeast, and the spirit is twice distilled on a stainless steel pot still with copper coils.
