Introduced in 2017, Carbonadi Vodka is produced in Piedmont, Italy. It utilizes organic wheat from the nearby Italian Alps and Alpine water. The distillation process involves passing the spirit through active charcoal and then filtering it via carbonados, which are microporous black diamonds. The vodka undergoes a final micro-oxygenation step, a technique also employed in winemaking to soften tannins. It is bottled at 80 proof.
