Distilled from raw honey, Barr Hill Vodka is a product of Vermont. The honey is cold-fermented for three weeks prior to distillation in custom-made stills. The bottle is sealed with beeswax and contains vodka at 80 proof, available in 375ml and 750ml sizes.

This vodka is distinct for me as it begins with an extremely sweet flavor that covers your tongue and then delivers that harsh vodka kick. I mixed this in a vodka soda, but I would suggest drinking it neat on the rocks by itself. The only small adjustment would be to make the finish a bit smoother.
The best vodka globally. Exceptionally smooth. Drink it neat.
