Purity Distillery is situated on the Ellinge Castle estate in Sweden and produces a range of certified organic vodkas and gin, distinguished by their varying numbers of distillations. Both malted barley and Swedish winter wheat are used in the creation of each vodka. The spirit undergoes a process in a copper still system, comprising a 600-liter pot still linked to two column stills, each equipped with 8 plates. For the Connoisseur 51 Reserve, the spirit is distilled three times, with each plate counted as a distillation. This core spirit is then combined with organic wheat spirit from column distillation. It is adjusted to 40% ABV using a blend of mineral-rich Swedish water and deionized water.

Exceptionally pure. Having undergone 51 distillations, this USDA certified organic vodka possesses a clean and nearly sweet flavor. It can be enjoyed neat; served on the rocks, it's akin to drinking water.
This stuff is like water that hits the spot perfectly. It's incredibly smooth. Everyone I've shared it with adores it!!! And it's inexpensive. You'd think they'd charge more considering how refined it is.
Like water! Purity Vodka Connoisseur 51 and Belvedere Vodka are my top two choices for traditional vodkas! 😁
