Caralegre Tequila Blanco

A crisp Agave Spirit from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, slow-roasted in earthen ovens. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of roasted agave, earth, and fruit & spice; while a crisp progression adds hints of citrus that lead to a delicate conclusion. February / March / May 2022

Aroma of vegetal agave, smoke, mint, charcoal, and bell pepper. On the palate, it's peppery, slightly sweet, with agave, vanilla, and charcoal. It's acceptable but not remarkable.
