This is a classic aged Rhum, made from molasses by Distillerie Savanna on the Isle of Réunion. It spent 7 years in oak. The aroma starts with vanilla, caramel, and a salty sea scent. Its middle is full-bodied and bright, featuring vanilla, exotic blossoms, tropical produce, and a touch of coffee. It finishes dry and smooth with a molasses flavor. May 2020
