This additive-free tequila is produced from 100% blue Weber agave cultivated in the Jalisco highlands. The agave is cooked via autoclave and extracted using a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks without fibers, followed by double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. This expression is aged for a total of 3 years in a combination of new French and American oak, ex-bourbon, and ex-cognac casks.

A bright Agave Spirit with flavors of cooked agave, earth, wood, dried fruits, herbs & spices; a complex development adds notes of peach, celery, anise & thyme; leading to an herbal finish of medium length with hints of pepper, oak, honey, caramel, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, leather, smoke & sea spray.
Tastes like caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, and funky fruit.
