About this bottle
This additive-free tequila, made with 100% blue Weber agave from Los Altos, is cooked in traditional stone ovens for 30 hours, then cooled for 18 hours. Fermentation with natural yeast takes place in open-air stainless steel containers without fibers, and it is double-distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils. The product is aerated and presented at 80 proof.
