About this bottle
Sophie Decobecq, a former biochemist who began her career in the South African spirits sector, oversees Calle 23. This distillery is one of the few managed by a woman. The agave is cultivated in Jalisco's Los Altos (highlands), where consistent sunlight aids ripening. This reposado undergoes double distillation in pot stills and is aged for 8 months in ex-bourbon casks.
