A sophisticated Reposado Tequila made by Master Tequila distiller Carlos Carmarena alongside French wine expert Jean-Sébastien Robicquet for House of Carmarena Distillery in Highlands, Los Altos, Mexico. It was aged for 9 months in grand cru sauternes wine casks and cognac barrels. It begins with a sweet profile featuring notes of honey, mushroom, toasted wood, dried lavender, jasmine, and violet. Its complex development adds notes of agave, pumpkin, cigar box, caramelized agave, a hint of rancio, and orchard fruits, leading to a long and rich conclusion with notes of brown sugar, earth, and spices.
